Hey friends! I'm Preeti from Bangalore. Thank You for stopping by my blog. I am fond of crafts and that's the reason i started with Creative Gift Ideas where i put in my handmade crafts like scrapbooks, greeting cards and more! I would love to take your opinions. Mail me at email@example.com
For the first Indian Scrappers challenge, here's my layout.
This is a part of holiday scrapbook which i made earlier. There is space below the photograph for jounaling. Since it was a Malaysia trip i put it on a waterfall note. I cut out a circle on top right of the page so that the picture in the next page is seen.
Some buttons, lace and glitter pens have given the finishing touch.
Flowers are from Itsy Bitsy, Laces and other stuff is purchased from local stores.
It has been quiet some time since i made something new. There were so many events taking place that i hardly had time to actually make something. But, I managed to make these CAS cards for the ICR challenge. I just realised how much lesser time it takes to make them and yet they look lovely.
"You add COLOUR to my Life"
Pieces of coloured paper from wedding invitations were just perfect for the boxes.
I like this "For You" Card. I used some ready satin flowers and stuck a ribbon.
Here i am after a long time, back with some new crafting :)
This time i have used mountboard as a base for my creation. Its mr friends wedding and i wanted to gift her something that will remind her of us.
So here it is, a scrapbook or a card or just a gift 'Its all about us' where me and other friends will put down few lines for her in the card. It actually looks like a book that opens from both sides! ( Well i haven't even gifted it to her yet, but since i know she doesn't blog i don't have to worry about posting it :) )
I used foam to cut out the letters.
This is the inside of book.
I used the tags here to scribble the incidents that were fun with her.
The right page has a space for photograph
This is the last side of the book.
It can be opened to see the backside of the card.
Again space for writing.
i stuck a group photo on the left side. The right side has cards that could be opened.
Here's the whole card!
Doesn't it look pretty? I hope my friend likes it!
I used patterned paper and border sticker from Itsy Bitsy. Ribbons, foam and card stock from local stores.
